- Plating or finish that wears through from normal wear
- Stones that come loose from their setting
What's not covered
- Loss or theft
- Damage from accidents, misuse, alterations or third-party repairs
- Natural darkening of 925 sterling silver, which polishes back with a silver cloth
How to make a claim
Email info@blklabelboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. If it's covered, we'll send a replacement of the same piece, or a similar piece of equal value if it's no longer available. Delivery of the replacement is on us.
